I combine Swedish, Deep tissue and orthopedic to a deeply effective massage tailored to your needs. I also practice deep massage which works on the nervous system to relax the muscles. Deep Massage works from inside out, stimulating the nervous system’s ability to relax. Therefore it usually results in longer-lasting relaxation as well as deeper pain relief, and postural benefit.

It is a comprehensive education about the benefits of holistic health and healing. You want to live a healthy lifestyle but you are not sure how to start? Then Natural Health Consulting is a positive start in the right direction for you! I will work with you to develop a plan to meet your personal health goals. I will assist and guide you in every step along the way, however I will not prescribe drugs, nor am I a medical doctor.

Dorn-Breuss Session
Is a gentle, effective, non-manipulative and safe hands-on healing practice. It corrects misalignments of the Spinal Column and other joints through manipulating the small muscles in the spine. As an effect it restores balance of the body, mind and spirit and often promotes a deep sense of relaxation. It is an effective and safe manual therapy. A Dorn-Breuss session is conducted on a standard massage table. Sessions are typically scheduled for 1 hour but can be adjusted to meet your individual needs.
The Breuss Treatment is a sensitive, energetic and manual treatment of the back to dissolve psychical energetic or physical blockades. Invented by Rudolf Breuss, the “intervertebral discs massage” is very popular among Dorn Method therapists as a completion of their therapy.
